1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
For installations outside these areas, please contact us for a custom quote.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery date.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 3 – 7 business days

Large Solar Equipment / Installations: Up to 14 business days, depending on stock and scheduling.
Delays may occur during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
4. Shipping Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and location.
For large installations or off-grid systems, a custom shipping and installation quote may be provided before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your order includes installation, our team will contact you to confirm the on-site appointment date.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged or missing, report it to us within 48 hours with photos or evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
